After the initial phase, I gather together some design concepts and ideas that align with your project goals. This is a longer in person meeting where we will go over what you like, what you don’t like, and anything else I may need to know about your project.

During this phase I take everything I have gotten from the consultation meeting and start applying that to design development. I will source and specify finishes, furnishings and decor as well as create supporting technical documentation to communicate design intent to contractors or builders. If you are wanting 2D or 3D renderings for your design presentation I will complete them during this phase.

After I have completed design development, I will present to you the proposed design solution that best meets your needs. During this presentation we will land on the final design for your space and determine if any iterations need to be made. I will have samples, design documents, and renderings (if you wanted them) prepared.

After the design presentation, you can begin to order furnishings, finishes and decor. You can also hire contractors (if needed) or I can help facilitate that process. I will stay on call and be available throughout the agreed upon duration of your project to ensure accurate design completion.
